A leading educational company in Singapore is seeking a versatile individual for customer service and marketing roles. Responsibilities include handling inquiries through various channels, assisting with enrollments, and supporting marketing efforts. Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service or education. This position offers opportunities for growth and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or operations is preferred.
- Background in education, childcare, or tutoring is a plus.
- University students are welcome to apply; strong performance may lead to a full-time role.
Responsabilités
- Assist with social media marketing.
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins.
- Deliver excellent service, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
- Assist with rescheduling, trial class feedback, and onboarding.
- Process enrollments, payments, and manage billing.
- Support marketing efforts and ensure customer follow-ups.
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate client records.
- Oversee day-to-day logistics, maintain tidiness, and manage inventory.
- Provide operational support for holiday camps and special programs.
- Substitute or support teaching on ad hoc basis.
