Job summary

A prominent HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Civil Engineering and knowledge of basic engineering drawing, with prior experience in an Architect firm or the construction industry preferred. This role will involve preparing and monitoring sales volume regularly and participating in tenders. A Class 3 driving license is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• Preferably with prior experience in similar capacity in an Architect firm and/or construction industry.
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving and growing Company revenue.
• To develop new business and increase customer base.
• Identifies marketing opportunities of new customers.
• Participate in site showaround and be involved in tender and procurement.
• To prepare & monitor sales volume and revenues on a regular basis.
• Follow-up on sales enquiries email.
