About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role combines both sales support and digital marketing functions , with responsibilities covering lead management, client engagement, campaign execution, and digital content strategy.

You will work closely with internal teams to support business growth through effective sales strategies and impactful marketing initiatives.

• Conduct basic KYC and due diligence on new leads
• Respond to client inquiries via email and support tools
• Update CRM system and flag technical issues to the tech team
• Oversee follow-up tasks for leads and assist in preparing account opening documents
• Guide clients in using the platform smoothly
• Handle administrative tasks related to existing clients' accounts

• Plan and manage social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and asset distribution
• Execute email marketing campaigns targeting both inbound and outbound leads
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or higher in Digital Marketing , Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in a sales or marketing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing systems, CRM software)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Creative thinker with problem-solving capabilities

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing automation tools
• Basic understanding of data analysis and ability to derive actionable insights
• Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
