Key Responsibilities

- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and emerging floral trends.
- Collaborate with event planners, wedding organizers, hotels, and corporates to develop partnerships.
- Coordinate marketing support for retail outlets, franchisees, and distributors.
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to align marketing with floral availability and design trends.
- Train and assist other garland makers.
Requirement
