About the role

This role calls for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead all company brands. You’ll be a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, drives measurable results, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. Tech-savvy and creative, you’ll leverage your social media expertise and up-to-date digital marketing skills to elevate the brand’s presence and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement aggressive marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
  • Social Media Leadership: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.) with engaging content and real-time interaction.
  • Growth Hacking: Use unconventional, data-driven marketing tactics to fuel rapid growth and market penetration.
  • Partnerships & Networking: Leverage existing connections and actively build new relationships with influencers, media outlets, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Brand Development: Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales team, gallery and executive teams to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of delivering growth and engagement.
  • Aggressive, bold, and fearless approach to marketing and leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling social media accounts.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and influencers is a big plus.
