At 21 Carpenter, every detail tells a story — from the heritage architecture to the modern design
that connects guests to the city’s creative pulse.
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in shaping that story, leading the brand, communications, and partnerships that define the hotel’s presence across hospitality, dining, and lifestyle experiences.
This role blends strategy and creativity — driving awareness, engagement, and revenue through compelling storytelling, digital innovation, and collaborations that resonate with today’s discerning traveller. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Revenue & Marketing to bring 21 Carpenter’s brand vision to life while achieving measurable commercial impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Develop and execute the annual Marketing & Events Plan that supports business goals, brand positioning, and key revenue drivers.
- Identify audience opportunities and niche markets across leisure, corporate, and F&B segments.
Campaigns & Storytelling
- Conceptualise and launch creative, integrated campaigns that showcase the hotel, restaurant, and bar — combining content, PR, and digital reach.
- Lead the creation of high-quality visuals, content, and experiences that capture the spirit of 21 Carpenter.
- Manage media relationships, PR initiatives, and influencer collaborations that amplify brand presence locally and regionally.
Digital & CRM
- Drive the hotel’s digital strategy — from social media and paid campaigns to website optimization and online storytelling.
- Leverage guest data and CRM insights to grow engagement, loyalty, and repeat bookings.
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance to continually refine strategy and investment.
Partnerships & Community
- Cultivate brand and community partnerships that align with 21 Carpenter’s ethos — design, culture, sustainability, and wellness.
- Curate meaningful events and activations that position the hotel as a destination for experiences, not just stays.
- Collaborate with Sales and F&B teams to create marketing-led opportunities that drive awareness and revenue.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Foster strong internal communication to ensure alignment across departments and consistency in brand execution.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and distinctive.

- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with energy, focus, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
