Job description

Develop and strengthen the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual representation across all touchpoints.

Define and manage the brand's positioning and unique value proposition in the competitive home customization landscape.

Conduct market research to understand customer insights, trends, and competitor strategies to inform brand strategy.

2. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.

Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn), email marketing, and online advertising.

Oversee offline marketing initiatives, such as partnerships with property developers, participation in home and design fairs, and targeted print or outdoor advertising.

Develop a content marketing strategy, including managing the creation of engaging content for blogs, websites, and social media (e.g., project case studies, design tips, video tours).

3. Analytics & Performance Measurement

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities and regularly report on ROI.

Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation, making data-driven decisions for optimization.

Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to the most impactful channels and initiatives.

4. Public Relations & Communications

Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all communication aligns with the brand's tone and values.

Develop relationships with media, key influencers, and industry partners to secure positive coverage and build brand authority.

Manage the company's public image and handle any public relations matters professionally.
