  • Builder mindset comfortable with establishing marketing systems from scratch.

About Our Client

We are partnering with a high-growth transportation technology company that provides demand-responsive routing and fleet optimization solutions to enterprises, government agencies, and mobility operators. The company operates across Southeast Asia and broader APAC, supporting large-scale passenger mobility and logistics operations.

They are now entering a scale-up phase and are looking to hire a Chief Marketing Officer to build and drive the global marketing strategy from the ground up.

Role Overview

This is a key leadership role where you will establish and lead the marketing function end-to-end. The company’s marketing investment has historically been light — you will have the opportunity to design the demand generation engine, product marketing frameworks, and brand positioning strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the regional B2B marketing strategy across Southeast Asia and APAC.
  • Build and scale a demand generation and pipeline growth engine.
  • Drive brand development and improve market visibility positioning the company as a leading mobility tech brand.
  • Lead product marketing, developing value propositions, GTM launch plans, and competitive positioning.
  • Strengthen channel and partnership marketing, supporting growth through distributors, operators, and enterprise customers.
  • Introduce and scale digital marketing, which is currently under-developed.
  • Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and attribution models to optimize marketing ROI.
  • Build, coach, and expand the marketing team over time.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, transportation tech, logistics tech, digital platforms, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record in taking a company from startup → scale-up stage.
