JOB SUMMARY
Be part of the growth of Aestheticportfolio (Toxin, Filler and medical device portfolio (Ultherapy)) as well asconsumer products. This position will be responsible for training in clinicstaff and doctors and coordinating with key customers and sales team formarketing execution that aligned with overall local marketing strategy for theentrusted portfolio and support marketing manager on marketing activities iebooth exhibition, promotional material, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Execution - Coordinated with marketing, medical affairs and sales team to ensure the alignment of marketing plans and implement via appropriate marketing or campaign toolkits; Set up business review with key account customers on how to grow their business with Merz portfolio.
- Co-marketing activities/campaign in responsible accounts to support sell-out in clinics.
- Review on marketing communication to increase company brand awareness as well as product awareness.
- Monitor the execution of marketing activities.
- Gathering information from field to identify key opportunities for business growth as well as understanding competitors' activities.
- Provide support to the team by doing in-clinic training to the staff/nurse to better understand Merz portfolio and able to well position it; Prepared quiz questions to engage and also knowledge check with the participants; Prepare and plans materials for the training; Conduct product demonstration to the Doctors.
- Building and maintaining good relationship management with Key Accounts and internal stakeholders; Establish strong relationships with key accounts in the field; Develop and maintain relationships with the various stakeholders within the hospitals/clinics buying chain.
- Cross Functional Collaborations; Work closely with Medical Affairs to align on key messages deliver to customers and consumers; Work closely with Sales team to drive portfolio growth; Work closely with Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure high standard of compliance from strategy to implementation.
- Support marketing team on marketing operation ie booth arrangement, promotional material submission with RA/TFDA etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Pharmacyor medical sciences or marketing is preferable.
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in Sales and Marketing experience in aesthetic industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage across a matrix environment.
- Ability to connect and buildpartnerships with key stakeholders in different environments and markets.
- Self-driven and passion in the aesthetics industry.
- Excellent articulation and confident to host and lead group training.
