Job summary

A recruiting firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote advanced electrification solutions, including Electric Propulsion and Frequency Inverters. The successful candidate will drive business development, manage client relationships, and assist in marketing strategies. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in relevant sectors. A Class 3 vehicle license is preferred. The remuneration includes a negotiable basic salary and transport allowance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales & Marketing within Engineering, Marine, or Industrial Automation sectors.
  • Knowledge of Electric Propulsion, Frequency Drives/Inverters, or Power Supply systems is a huge advantage.
  • Possessing own vehicle (Class 3 license) is highly preferred.

Overview

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Electrification Systems) | Industry: Electrical Engineering

About the Role: We are looking for a driven and technically savvy Sales & Marketing Executive to lead the promotion of our advanced electrification solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales for high-value products including Electric Propulsion Systems, Shore Power Supply, and Frequency Inverters.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive sales for the company’s range of electrification products (Electric Propulsion, Shore Power, Inverters, etc.).
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (Shipyards, System Integrators, Industrial clients).
  • Technical Sales: Understand customer requirements and propose suitable electrical/propulsion solutions.
  • Marketing Strategy: Assist in marketing activities to increase brand awareness in the local market.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market pricing.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in Sales & Marketing within the Engineering, Marine, or Industrial Automation sectors.
  • Knowledge of Electric Propulsion, Frequency Drives/Inverters, or Power Supply systems is a huge advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Possess own vehicle (Class 3 license) is highly preferred due to the nature of the role.
Remuneration Package
  • Basic Salary: Approximately $4,000 (Negotiable based on experience).
  • Transport Allowance: $1,500 per month
  • Medical Benefits & Annual Leave.
  • Working Location: Buroh
