Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage customer quotations and enhance client relationships. You will also coordinate with suppliers and support the Director with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate holds a diploma and has relevant experience in sales. This position offers a salary range of $2500-$3000 and operates from Jurong East.
Qualifications
- At least Diploma in any field is required.
- Relevant experience in sales coordination is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations to customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service to build client relationships.
- Liaise with local suppliers for smooth operations.
- Perform administrative duties for the Director.

Education
Working Days & Hours: 5 days | Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Working location: Jurong east
Salary: $2500-$3000
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations to customers in a timely manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service to foster strong, long-term client relationships and support the achievement of the company’s annual sales targets.
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with local suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
- Perform ad hoc administrative and personal assistant duties for the Director as required.
- At Least Diploma in any field
