Job summary

A dynamic international tech firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Director/Head of Sales for Network Solutions. This role involves leading a high-performing sales team, managing sales strategies, and overseeing training programs. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in IT or Networking Solutions, with a strong track record in a leadership position. Knowledge of IoT and telecommunications is a plus. This position offers a competitive salary of SGD 6,500 to SGD 9,500 plus a bonus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience with proven results.
  • Experience in IoT and Telecommunications industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and cultivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Manage the team to achieve 100% of the sales plan.
  • Design and execute training programs for the sales team.
  • Oversee accuracy of internal systems and data input.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director.

Sales Director/ Head of Sales- Network Solutions

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)

Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Work Location: Genting Lane [ Between Mattar / Potong Pasir MRT ]

Starting Salary: SGD 6,500 – SGD 9,500 + Bonus

Summary:

  • Company is specialist in Industrial IoT Routers & Gateways, providing 4G / 5G routers, gateways, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet switches to businesses.
  • The Head of Sales is responsible to led the networking solutions business unit to develop manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways and modems.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of work experience in B2B sales in IT or Networking Solutions.
  2. At least 2 years of leadership and managerial experience, showcasing a proud track record of results.
  3. Market knowledge: Experience in the IoT and Telecommunication industries would be advantageous.

  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales team to achieve excellence.>
  • Strategically manage the team, ensuring the realization of 100% of the sales plan through effective leadership and motivation.
