Job Responsibilities
To prepare project cost estimates and specifications for all Cyclical, Additions & Alterations and Improvement Works, etc, under the Contract
To update and administer both pre- and post-contract administration works for all Cyclical, Additions & Alterations and Improvement Works, etc, under the Contract
To monitor maintenance budget and prepare progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are met and payment are promptly made to the contractors and/or suppliers
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Qualification & Skills:
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Estate Management / Building / recognised qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance contracts
Member of SISV / RICS / AIQS will be an advantage
Knowledge with the usage of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), MS Projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
