Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaise with directors, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual matters.
• Plan and coordinate project execution to optimize resources, manpower, and timelines.
• Handle full QS and contract administration duties.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, bills of quantities, and cost analyses.
• Provide advice on claims, procurement strategies, and cost-related matters.

Skills

Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical

Proficient in using costing and budgeting software tools

Knowledge in Singapore Health and Safety rules and regulations

Education

Minimum diploma in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or equivalent
