Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to project teams on variations, claims for time extensions, and associated costs
• Draft, review, and manage all contractual correspondence, reports, and documentation
• Develop strategies for responding to project correspondence, ensuring commercial and contractual risks are identified and mitigated
• Ensure that signed contracts are effectively communicated to project teams, providing contract awareness, interpretation, and advisory support
• Prepare final accounts, variations, and claims submissions
• Support ISO audits and implementation of contract management procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support project and business objectives

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract management for LTA, MRT, or civil infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction contracts, contract law, and commercial practices
• Experience handling subcontractor contracts, variations, and claims
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6)
