Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Contracts Manager with over 10 years of experience in contract administration and negotiation. The ideal candidate will prepare cost comparisons, manage sub-contractor relationships, and oversee contracts management functions. The role requires a degree in Building or equivalent, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach. This full-time position offers a 5-day work week, making it suitable for individuals who can work independently and excel under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- 10 years or more experience as a deputy contracts/contracts manager in main contractors.
- Proven ability in contract negotiation and administration.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison.
- Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
