Job summary

An international main contractor in Singapore is seeking a Contracts Manager for a large scale building project. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and will be responsible for managing post-contractual matters and ensuring project delivery within budget and time constraints. Job Description

• Manages and lead QS on post-contractual matters
• Familiar with primary costs and contracts of construction projects, estimating, and planning costs
• Familiar with EOT and claim process
• Monitor, track change orders, sub-contractors drawing list and materials delivery
• Identify and establish a commercial strategy that maximizes time and cost claims
• Project administration and documentation, valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations
• Ensure delivering a successful project within budget, cost and the stipulated time frame.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field
• Possesses at least 8 years of QS project experience
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
