Job summary
A leading event management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced event coordinator to plan and execute educational events. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and proven experience managing large-scale events. Responsibilities include logistics, stakeholder engagement, and developing publicity strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with various participants and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in event management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale events (500 - 1000 participants).
- Proficient in digital tools for event planning and content creation.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute educational events including logistics and coordination.
- Develop and implement publicity and outreach strategies.
- Liaise with stakeholders and manage participant registrations.

Plan and execute educational events and competitions, including:

Logistics & Coordination: Scheduling, budgeting, venue setup, audiovisuals, catering, and source allocation.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising with speakers, facilitators, teams, judges, sponsors, and vendors.

Participant Management: Registrations, abstracts, communications, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.

Content & Materials: Supporting programme design, preparing event materials, and documenting outcomes.

Publicity and Outreach

Develop and implement strategies to promote events, programmes, and achievements.

Create engaging content for websites, social media, and newsletters.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize outreach.

Build relationships with academic, healthcare, and media stakeholders.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in event management, communications, marketing, or a related field.

Proven ability to manage large-scale events (500 - 1000 participants)

Proficient in digital tools for event planning, content creations, and analytics.

Experience in education, healthcare, or related sectors are an added bonus, but not required.
