Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven outdoor Sales Representative to promote and sell our pest control and housekeeping solutions to commercial and residential clients. The ideal candidate will have a concrete understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong client relationships.

This role combines field sales, client consultation, and account management, offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact on public health and safety through clean, pest-free environments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for pest control and housekeeping services.
  • Conduct site surveys, assessments and present tailored service proposals and negotiate service agreements with potential clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on contract renewals or additional services.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Work closely with operations in terms of pricing, and compliance to prepare our best competitive quotations. Ensure submissions meet all technical, commercial, and administrative requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in environmental services (cleaning, facility management or pest services)
  • Diploma in Business Admin/Facilities or related discipline
  • 5 Days Work Week. Basic + Commissions/Incentives to be awarded for staff whom met our KPI measures.
  • Permanent Employment.
