Job summary
A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to analyze opportunities and engage with clients. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, leading negotiations, and managing customer queries. Ideal candidates will have experience in IT services consulting and account management, with a tertiary qualification in a related field. This role may involve travel as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in consulting of IT Services is required.
- Proven experience in Account Management / Business Development is necessary.
- Understanding of relevant industry trends is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic analysis of opportunities in the account portfolio.
- Prepare Proposal and SoWs with stakeholders from different departments.
- Lead negotiations for proposals and develop the Account Plan.

Education
Our esteem client is looking for an experienced strategic account Manager with expertise in Digital Systems expertise in Gen AI, Cloud solutions, Advanced Connectivity, Immersive Technology.
- Provide strategic analysis of opportunities in the account portfolio to the Stakeholders in order to engage with the client early
- Prepare Proposal and SoWs with stakeholders from different departments.
- Perform quantitative analysis and demonstrate business value to the client.
- Lead negotiations for proposals and develop the Account Plan in conjunction with the other stakeholders.
- Handle customer queries/escalations about project executions, as well as negotiations.
- Experience in consulting of IT Services.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT/Computer Scient/related discipline
- Proven experience in Account Management / Business Development.
- Prior experience of managing clients in the Retail and Logistic sectors would be highly desirable.
- Understanding of relevant industry trends and developments.
- Ability to do consultative selling of outsourcing services and IT Solutions.
- Open to travel as per business requirements.
