Job summary
An educational institution in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full spectrum of AP functions, ensuring accuracy in vendor payments and processing corporate card transactions. Candidates should possess an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy and have 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of Sage300/ACCPAC preferred) are essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions.
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately.
- Assist in statutory audits and tax analysis.

- Assist in month-end and year-end closing

- Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Accountancy
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in similar position
- Strong in accounting entries and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
- Team player with initiative and able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge in Sage300 / ACCPAC is preferred
- Candidate with short notice period or immediate availability would be an advantage
- Salary to commensurate with qualification and working exprience
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
