  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MICE sector.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored event solutions.
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals and pitch presentations that align with client objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality events.
  • Present business strategies and innovative event solutions to senior-level clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business prospects.
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
  • Other work duties that may be assigned by the Company from time to time as part of your ongoing training and responsibility.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the MICE industry or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of the MICE industry and a network of contacts within the sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to develop and present creative, customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
