Key Account Manager jobs in Singapore

• Identify, visit and develop relationships with existing and new customers (e.g., wholesalers, restaurants, food‑service providers, wet markets) for poultry/frozen chicken parts.
• Present product offerings: fresh/frozen chickens, chicken parts, live chickens from Malaysia, chilled distribution.
• Prepare and submit sales quotes and proposals to customers, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Receive customer orders, coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, import, logistics) to ensure timely delivery, check stock availability, monitor order fulfilment.
• Maintain product knowledge (specifications, halal status, import/frozen handling) to support customer inquiries and build trust.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals; track performance metrics (e.g., order volumes, sales revenue, customer retention).
• Provide feedback from market: competitors, pricing trends, customer preferences; collaborate with management on product strategy.
• Ensure documentation for sales (invoices, delivery notes, returns) is complete and accurate.
• Assist in promotional campaigns, sampling, new product launches or special offers.
• Ensure compliance with import/frozen meat/chicken regulations, food‑safety standards, halal certification if applicable.

Maintain customer data / CRM entries, update sales pipeline, and prepare periodic sales reports to management.
