The Work
  • Liaise closely with clients to understand their business needs, products, and services, and serve as their trusted day‑to‑day point of contact.
  • Lead internal and client meetings, ensuring clear communication across the agency, clients, and partner agencies.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable plans and manage internal teams to deliver end‑to‑end campaigns on time, on budget, and at high quality.
  • Work closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to shape the work, maintain quality control, and ensure all outputs are on‑brief and on‑brand.
  • Oversee project and resource planning, timelines, scoping, status updates, and overall workflow to keep projects running efficiently.
  • Manage budgets, production estimates, finance paperwork, invoicing, and reconciliations; support senior leadership in driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Attend shoots and edits to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Support business development efforts, including preparing proposals and participating in pitches.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with both clients and internal teams.
