A technology service provider in Singapore is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist. The role involves providing on-site technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining client systems. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, with knowledge in Cisco routers and Microsoft O365. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction.
Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field or equivalent in education and experience.
- Knowledge in Cisco/Meraki routers, switch, access point.
- Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers.
Responsabilidades
- Provide on-site technical support in customers office.
- Deployment, maintenance, and support of client computer systems.
- Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with excellent customer service.
