Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical support for EUCD and Server/Network hardware/software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues: identify and fix technical problems with EUCD and Server/Network systems.
  • On-site support: provide technical assistance and support on-site, as requested.
  • Hardware/Software Maintenance: perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of EUCD and Server/Network systems.
  • Ensure system uptime: minimize downtime and ensure systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: work with MP and other stakeholders to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • IT Support Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in providing technical support for hardware/software issues.
  • EUCD Knowledge: Familiarity with end-user computing devices (e.g., laptops, desktops).
