Subject Matter Expertise
  • Contextualize Cybersecurity Concepts: Simplify complex technical jargon (e.g., encryption, malware, phishing, 2FA) into relatable concepts for non‑technical audiences.
  • Stay Current with Threats: Actively monitor the latest cybersecurity trends, emerging scam tactics (e.g., social engineering, deepfakes), and digital hygiene best practices to ensure training remains relevant.
  • Demonstrate Real‑World Application: specific case studies and real‑life examples of cyber‑attacks and scams to illustrate the importance of vigilance.

  • Knowledge of mobile device security and secure browsing habits.
