Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking concepts, including TCP and IP.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with servers, networking equipment, and Windows.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory or team lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the IT department for smooth functioning.
• Liaise with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and payment of IT equipment.
• Maintain and update the IT asset inventory for accuracy and accountability.
• Provide onsite and remote IT support for hardware and software issues.
• Plan and execute assigned IT tasks and projects efficiently.
