Responsibilities

• Deployment planning and rostering of security personnel.
• Ensure all employed security personnel adhere and perform as per project requirement.
• Communicate and resolve any matters highlighted by clients timely.
• Oversee deployment and liaison with HR department on recruitment.
• Manage pool of reliefs and patrolling officers.
• Conduct performance checks and briefings for security personnel.
• Oversee and ensure client matters are resolved through meetings.
• Conduct in-house training for security personnel.
• Deliver and collect logistics of documents to HQ and sites.
• Manage deployment at operation sites.
• On site command, control & supervision.
• Set up new project sites.
• Client management.
• Put up management reports.
• Incident management.
