Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Instructor, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) are a plus.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), ACLP are a plus.
• Experience with e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual classroom training on Microsoft technologies.
• Work with key vendors to ensure training content is up-to-date.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive course syllabus.
• Design and update instructional materials, including manuals and training content.
• Utilize training technologies for distance learning and LMS.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps.
• Stay current with industry trends and IT practices.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
