Job summary

A tech-driven organization in Singapore is seeking an IT Manager responsible for managing and maintaining the IT system infrastructure. You will provide second-level support for IT issues, admin Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. This position requires strong knowledge of IT systems and excellent technical support skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION OF IT MANAGER
  • Manage and maintain the overall IT system infrastructure, including planning, organizing, and monitoring day-to-day operational activities.
  • Act as the second level of support for IT issues, providing technical support for hardware, software and network.
  • Administer and support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 suite, including Entra, Exchange Online, Teams, Dynamics and SharePoint Online.
  • Have knowledge of VLAN, DHCP, DNS, CCTV, PABX, switches and firewall.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Collaborate with the HR department to facilitate the IT aspects of onboarding and offboarding. This includes provisioning and deactivating user accounts, configuring and deploying hardware/software, and setting up email and communication tools.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation such as SOPs, knowledge base, asset management and user guides.
  • Maintain and support facility operations.
  • Implement and support cybersecurity measures.
  • Able to support centre operations outside of normal working hours.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience preferred
