Job summary

  • Location: Joo Chiat Road (Nearest MRT - Marine Parade MRT)
  • Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross $3500
  • Duration: 3-months Contract
  • Industry: SALE OF COMPUTER HARDWARE/ SOFTWARE
Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable/receivable, employee claims, government grants, and assist with audit preparation.
  • Manage HR administration, including recruitment support, onboarding, staff training, and updating work passes.
  • Oversee corporate compliance, including insurance renewals and coordinating with IT support for systems and new hires.
  • Manage office operations, including vendor liaison, supply inventory, and event coordination.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Candidates with relevant Accounts and Admin experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
