Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency in Singapore is seeking patient-focused individuals for a role assisting patients at the Napier MRT. You'll guide patients to various departments, explain procedures, and support nursing staff. Ideal candidates possess a minimum educational qualification of O/N/ITE/N-level, A-Level, or Diploma, and exhibit excellent communication and service-oriented skills. Working hours are weekdays from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, with a pay rate of $10/hr.

Qualifications

• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Flexible to assist with other departmental tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming patients and address their needs.
• Guide patients to specific departments or counters.
• Explain and guide patients on pre-scan/procedure flows.
• Assist nurses and radiographers on duty as needed.
