Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency in Singapore is seeking patient-focused individuals for a role assisting patients at the Napier MRT. You'll guide patients to various departments, explain procedures, and support nursing staff. Ideal candidates possess a minimum educational qualification of O/N/ITE/N-level, A-Level, or Diploma, and exhibit excellent communication and service-oriented skills. Working hours are weekdays from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, with a pay rate of $10/hr.

Note

The role may sometimes be quiet when there are few patients. You will always have a main role to focus on, but may be called to help the team if needed.
