Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Admin Executive to support the sales team with schedule management, data entry, and preparation of reports. Candidates should have a diploma and at least 2-3 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. This full-time role operates five days a week from 9 am to 6 pm, offering a salary range of $2600 - $3200.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales team with schedules and appointments.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Manage customer databases and documentation.
