Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an Entry Level Recruiter to support client recruitment needs. This role provides on-the-job training and mentorship. Responsibilities include developing candidate pipelines, qualifying candidates, and preparing job advertisements. The position offers a basic salary of $2,200 - $2,500 plus KPI incentives. Ideal candidates are diploma holders or those with experience in admin or customer service looking to transition to sales. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

Responsibilities

  • Review and support recruitment needs of clients.
  • Develop candidate pipeline through various platforms.
  • Qualify candidates via interviews and screening.
  • Coordinate interviews and recruitment matters.
  • Post job advertisements on different media.
  • Build relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate between clients and candidates.
  • Meet personal and team targets.
  • Report to Sales Team Lead.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • On the job training and mentorship are provided for every newcomer.
  • Those with experience in administrative support, customer service, event marketing but keen to switch to recruiter role [ sales ] are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
  1. Review, understand and support in the fulfilment of recruitment needs of our clients
  2. Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms
  3. Qualifying the candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks
  4. Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters such as interview coordinate
  5. Prepare and post job advertisements across different media platforms to attract suitable candidates, such as Jobstreet / Facebook and so on.
  6. Build good relationships with client and develop new job opening
  7. Able to conduct negotiation between clients and candidates
  8. Ensure that the personal and team targets are met
  9. Reporting to the Sales Team Lead regarding individual sales performance and target achievement.
  10. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead / Manager
