Job Scope
  • Prepare, mix, and bake doughs, pastries, bread, cakes, and other baked items according to standard recipes.
  • Measure and weigh ingredients accurately.
  • Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, sheeters, proofers, and portioning tools.
  • Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and appearance.
  • Assist in R&D for new recipes or seasonal items (if required).
