Sales Operations Coordinator
Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales lifecycle. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, providing post-sales support, and managing client inquiries. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in sales administration or customer service and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. This full-time position offers a salary range between SGD2,600 and SGD4,000.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or customer service.
- Ability to identify and resolve sales process issues.
- Strong communication skills for managing client inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal departments to support sales.
- Process sales orders including quotations and credit notes.
- Ensure efficient processing of transactions.
- Provide post-sales support and manage customer care tasks.
- Prepare and submit work-related reports.
