We are seeking a Regional Senior HR Manager to lead people strategy across Southeast Asia. The role calls for strong expertise in training & development, organizational development, and performance management. You will thrive in an unstructured environment, building HR processes from the ground up while acting as a trusted advisor to senior management and enabling scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and scale HR policies, systems, and frameworks across regional operations.
  • Lead learning & development strategy, designing training programs that enhance leadership, technical, and functional capabilities.
  • Build career pathways, succession planning, and talent development initiatives to ensure sustainable leadership pipelines.
  • Develop and institutionalize performance management frameworks that drive accountability and reward high performance.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational development, cultural integration, and change management initiatives.
  • Establish employee engagement strategies, ensuring retention, inclusivity, and alignment with company values.
  • Monitor HR metrics, workforce analytics, and talent KPIs to measure impact and recommend strategic actions.
  • Serve as the key HR business partner to senior management, providing coaching, advisory, and thought leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regional employment regulations while creating policies fit for scale and growth.
Key Qualifications
  • 8–12 years of HR leadership experience, with regional exposure in Asia.
  • Proven expertise in training & development, organizational development, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated success in building HR structures, frameworks, and policies in unstructured or growth-stage environments.
