Role Overview:

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team in Singapore. You will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, working directly with business leaders to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business units to understand strategy and implement HR solutions aligned with company objectives
  • Provide guidance on talent management, performance improvement, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Conduct proactive assessments of team development needs and recommend strategic initiatives
  • Advise leadership on disciplinary issues and coach managers through performance challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (L&D, C&B, HR Ops) to execute effective people strategies
  • Lead employee engagement and cultural development initiatives
  • Support change management efforts and implement best practices for team performance and growth
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth organization
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Deep business acumen and a strategic mindset to support talent development and business scale
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a tech environment is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing fast-paced organizational change and workforce scaling
