Job description

You possess strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams is required. You demonstrate strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Talent acquisition and people management are among your key strengths, enabling you to lead the organization's people management initiatives. Your adaptability to evolving needs in a dynamic work environment is crucial, along with the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams. Prior experience with international alliances or multistakeholder initiatives is preferred.As a key member of the team, your responsibilities include leading end-to-end recruitment processes for GBA, managing talent initiatives and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies, and supporting the implementation of organizational policies. You will be in charge of maintaining accurate employee records, liaising with recruitment agencies, managing senior stakeholders" calendars, and handling various administrative tasks such as correspondence, document preparation, and meeting coordination.Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing internal and external events, managing travel itineraries, overseeing office operations, processing invoices and reimbursements, and contributing to the design and implementation of training modules for GBA staff. Your role will also involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event organization and performing any other duties as assigned by the Director-General.This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
