Job Description and Responsibilities

1. Identify and engage top talent through job portals and other channels.
2. Collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs and key functions.
3. Share job descriptions and evaluate candidates based on various parameters.
4. Design retention practices including grooming, learning & development, and employee engagement.
5. Follow up with candidates for interviews and coordinate schedules.
6. Serve as the point of escalation and provide policy guidance to the team.
7. Manage documentation related to team members, including contracts and amendments.
8. Take ownership of the employee lifecycle management.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
