Your primary responsibility will involve participating in the implementation of strategies related to HR, offering general HR support to employees in your area of responsibility and/or stakeholder group. With specialist knowledge, you will address queries related to your designated area and provide valuable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, development, and execution of full cycle recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies.Analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improving performance, retention, and employee experience.Assist in creating effective employee relations, retention, and rewards programs.Contribute to the design and implementation of recruitment, development, engagement, and general HR support strategies for employees in your area of responsibility and/or stakeholder group.Act as a consultative business partner by advising stakeholders on HR practices, labor market trends, and general developments impacting human resources.Implement programs developed by the relevant HR/CoE team in the assigned stakeholder group.Collaborate across teams to drive organizational change.Support the deployment, management, and measurement of learning and development programs.Ensure correct mapping of employees to organizational job profiles and maintain alignment to drive effective employee metrics.Assist in talent pipeline compilation, execute recruitment campaigns, and support other initiatives for effective recruitment in your area of responsibility.Contribute to ongoing employee engagement through communication, information sharing, and knowledge management.Regularly review data and trends to understand performance and productivity drivers in the relevant employee base.Knowledge And AttributesPossess seasoned knowledge of strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.Demonstrate expertise in labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.Show proficiency in performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and performance improvement techniques.Have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and selection methods.Ability to handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.Understand HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Knowledge of compensation principles and benefits programs to ensure equitable rewards.Expertise in identifying training needs and developing learning programs.Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage with senior executives and stakeholders.Proficient in managing organizational change and leading initiatives.Ability to make data-driven decisions impacting HR and organizational outcomes.Skills in using HR data and metrics for insights and decision-making.Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality of sensitive HR information.Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders to support HR initiatives.Stay updated with the latest HR trends and industry best practices.Academic Qualifications And CertificationsPossess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.Required ExperienceDemonstrated experience in a senior HRBP role within a global IT organization.Experience in developing and implementing HR strategy and policy.Worked in partnership with various stakeholders including managers, trade unions, employees, and external partners.Managed conflict, sensitive issues, and led change projects successfully.Workplace TypeHybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a trusted global innovator providing business and technology services with a commitment to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
