Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Experience preferred in Healthcare, Social Service, Government Setting or MNC.

Now Hiring: HR Business Partner (Contract-to-Perm / Direct Perm)

Work Arrangement: Direct Perm / 3 to 6 Months Contract-to-Permanent
Salary Range: $3,500 – $4,200/month
Portfolio: Non-Nursing Business Units

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to provide advisory on HR policies, processes, and employment regulations
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver a strong candidate experience
• Oversee full employee life cycle: onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
• Review and implement HR policies aligned with legislation and organisational values
• Collaborate with leadership to shape an engaging and high-performance work culture

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources / Business Management
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of solid HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience ( Healthcare / Social Service / Govt Setting / MNC Exp preferred )
