Pleased to be partnering closely with our client that is presently in the midst of an exciting transformation journey. Known for their innovation, agility and high-performance culture, this will be a high-impact and very strategic HR Business Partner role for seasoned HR leaders who are committed to the journey in shaping people strategies to align with rapid business growth and transformation plans. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving strategic HR initiatives that are aimed at supporting business transformation, operational excellence (and efficiency!) and enhancing culture plus talent engagement. You will have the platform to step up and closely interact with your business leaders to ensure workforce planning and talent strategies are consistently aligned with the business objectives. As the organization is committed to its expansion and digital acceleration plans, you will need to drive change management efforts and support organizational design efforts.

As the Senior HRBP, you will provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and fostering a fair and respectful workplace. Leveraging on data and insights, the Senior HRBP is expected to be able to influence decision-making and continuously enhance employee engagement. Beyond operational excellence, you will play a pivotal role in championing a positive workplace culture, embedding values of collaboration and continuous learning, in a bid to support the organization in navigating today’s global challenges.

Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in strategic business partnering. Prior experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments such as Tech, E-commerce, or FMCG is highly desirable. That said, the client is open to consider candidates from diverse industry backgrounds to bring fresh perspectives and amalgamate best practices for the journey ahead. As a strategic HR professional, you are able to articulate how you have successfully navigated business challenges, influenced stakeholders, and balanced strategic priorities with hands-on execution. Your passion for people and business impact will shine through.
