Role Overview

The Senior HR Business Partner reports to the Global HRBP Head and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers worldwide. The role involves partnering to drive business objectives, employee engagement, and company culture across multiple regions. You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement talent and organizational development initiatives and lead strategic global HR projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with global leaders to understand business goals and provide strategic HR solutions.
  • Offer advice and coaching to foster high performance, inclusion, and compliance, aligned with Dyson’s values.
  • Lead global talent initiatives including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Assess organizational needs and develop strategies to improve effectiveness and performance.
  • Manage change management programs related to functional transformation and leadership transitions.
  • Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams to execute employee lifecycle activities.
  • Lead HR projects focused on transformation and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and organizational trends to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal standards, updating frameworks as needed.
