The Senior HR Business Partner reports to the Global HRBP Head and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers worldwide. The role involves partnering to drive business objectives, employee engagement, and company culture across multiple regions. You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement talent and organizational development initiatives and lead strategic global HR projects.
