A prominent staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an HR & Admin Officer to manage office supplies, vendor management, and ensure smooth daily operations. Ideal candidates should have a minimum diploma and 1-2 years of experience, with proficiency in MS Office. This is a full-time role offering training opportunities.

Location: Redhill
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 5:30pm
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Job Description:
-Manage office supplies and stationery, ensuring adequate stock levels
-Handle office vendor management, including sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, and coordination of services related to office supplies, equipment, servicing, repairs and maintenance.
-Liaise with external vendors for office-related services and maintenance (e.g. equipment servicing, repairs, delivery)
-Ensure smooth daily office operations including courier arrangements, cleanliness, and facility needs
-Assist with filing, scanning, and document organisation (HR and non-confidential accounting documents)
-Perform accurate data entry and general admin support as required
-Assist the Manager with ad-hoc HR and office matters
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in related discipline or professional equivalent
• Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Words, Excel)
• Organized and meticulous with initiative and good working attitude
