The Interior Designer & Sales Specialist will be responsible for designing creative and functional spaces while driving sales by converting leads into successful projects. This role requires a unique blend of artistic vision, technical skill, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

1. Interior Design:
   • Develop creative design concepts and space planning solutions that meet client needs and preferences.
   • Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards.
   • Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes.
   • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design implementation.
2. Sales & Client Engagement:
   • Identify potential clients and generate leads.
   • Conduct client consultations to understand requirements and preferences.
   • Present design concepts and proposals with clarity and confidence.
   • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve sales targets.
3. Project Management:
   • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
   • Oversee the execution of design projects, including site visits and quality checks.
   • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for material procurement and installation.
4. Trend Analysis & Research:
   • Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technology.
   • Participate in design workshops, exhibitions, and networking events.

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design and sales (minimum 2-3 years).
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail-oriented design.
