• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the company.
• Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
• Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards according to corporate and government regulations.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and report any faults to the Head Chef.
• Assist in menu and recipe planning with the Head Chef or Executive Chef.
• Minimize food waste, supply waste, and theft.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Head Chef or Executive Chef.
