A leading company in the healthcare industry is seeking a dedicated professional for managing emergency preparedness. The role involves equipment management, emergency planning, and supporting integrated hospital operations. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and a Bachelor's degree, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Emergency Preparedness Equipment ManagementOversee budgeting, procurement, and claims related to EP equipment and consumables.
Collaborate with the Biomedical Equipment Department to maintain accurate asset tracking for ownership, maintenance, and deployment.
Ensure hospital logistics and equipment readiness in line with operational needs.
Review and assess hospital requirements for crisis-related equipment.
Act as the Point-of-Contact for Ministry of Health (MOH) audits and EP equipment reporting.
Facilitate reviews and updates of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by engaging relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate and align SOPs to ensure a unified emergency response framework.
Plan and execute monthly fleet testing exercises.
Organize and manage emergency preparedness drills and exercises according to the annual work plan.
Participate in IGH Operations Centre workshops and ensure all emergency preparedness infrastructure requirements (MCI/CE/NE) are addressed.
Liaise with medical planners, campus development teams, and on-ground users to define and implement operational requirements.
Compile a comprehensive list of EP items needed for the IGH project.
Develop and track procurement timelines to ensure timely completion of all EP-related purchases.
Provide secretariat support for the quarterly Business Continuity Management (BCM) Steering Committee meetings.
Assist with other EP-related projects and initiatives led by MOH or internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
